Terms of service
Agreement to terms
By accessing the Locari website, waitlist, or the Locari software (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you are using the Service on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
What Locari does
Locari helps you create and manage content for your Google Business Profile, including (depending on the product) posts, responses, and related automation. Features may change. We will use reasonable efforts to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
Your account and responsibilities
You are responsible for the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it updated. You must use the Service only in compliance with applicable law, Google’s policies, and our acceptable use rules below.
Acceptable use
You will not: misuse or attempt to break the Service; scrape or use unauthorized APIs; use the Service to deceive, harass, or distribute malware; or post content you do not have the right to use. We may suspend or terminate access for violations or risk to the Service or other users.
Google and third-party services
The Service may integrate with Google and other third parties. Your use of those services is also governed by their terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party products or for actions Google takes on your profile.
Subscriptions and payment
When we offer paid plans, fees, billing periods, and taxes will be shown at purchase and may change for new terms with notice as required. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable except as described in our Refund policy.
Intellectual property
We retain all rights in the Service, our branding, and our software. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display the content and data you provide as needed to run the Service for you. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any content you provide.
Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant specific search rankings, business results, or uninterrupted operation.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Locari and its suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for all claims related to the Service in any twelve-month period is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in that period (or, if the Service was free, fifty U.S. dollars). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the fullest extent allowed.
Indemnity
You will defend and hold harmless Locari and its team from third-party claims arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law, subject to our prompt notice and reasonable cooperation.
Term and termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate the Service or your access for cause, with notice when reasonable. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive will remain in effect.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where your local consumer law requires otherwise. You agree to resolve disputes in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to their jurisdiction, unless mandatory law gives you a different venue.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms. We will post the new version on this page and update the date above. If changes are material, we may also notify you by email or in the product. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
