Refund policy

Overview

This policy explains how Locari handles refunds, the free trial, and what happens when you cancel. It applies to subscription fees for the Service once billing is available. It does not change any rights you have under applicable consumer law in your country or state.

Free trial

When we offer a free trial, we will describe its length and what is included at sign-up. Unless we say otherwise, you can cancel before the trial ends to avoid the first charge. You are responsible for canceling in your account (or the method we provide) in time. If a trial is extended or changed, we will communicate that in the product or by email.

Subscription billing

Subscriptions (monthly, quarterly, or annual) renew automatically until you cancel. Fees are generally charged in advance for the current billing period. We use third-party payment processors; their terms may also apply. Refunds, when issued, are typically returned to the same payment method where possible; timing depends on your bank or card issuer.

Monthly plans

When you pay monthly, you are paying for access through the end of the current month (or the billing term shown at checkout). If you cancel, you will generally not receive a refund for the current period, but you will keep access for the time you have already paid for, unless the law in your region requires a different rule.

Quarterly and annual plans

Prepaid terms (e.g. quarterly or annual) are usually non-refundable for the current prepaid period, except:

  • Where required by law (e.g. certain consumer cooling-off rights), or
  • Where we agree to a good-faith exception (for example, a documented billing error on our part).

After a prepaid term ends, if the plan does not auto-renew or you move to a monthly plan, the rules for that new term apply.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription according to the controls in the product. Cancellation stops future charges; it does not automatically remove content already published to your Google Business Profile. We describe what happens to your data and profile access in the product and in your agreement with us.

Chargebacks

If you have a billing concern, contact us first at the email below. Initiating a chargeback without first seeking a resolution may result in closure of your account, as permitted by our payment partners’ rules.

Changes to this policy or pricing

We may change prices or this refund policy. Material changes to pricing for existing subscriptions will be communicated in advance as described in the product or in our Terms of service where applicable.

For billing or refund questions, contact support@getlocari.com with the email on your account and, if available, a recent invoice or last four digits of the payment method used. We will respond in a reasonable time.
